Satyendra brings with him over two decades of successful track record in corporate finance, business planning & strategy consulting, investor relations and investment banking. In the 14 years since Four-S began, he has advised 40+ companies for raising Rs 6,000 crore from the Indian capital markets, private equity funds managing multiple fund raising and acquisition mandates. Satyendra was formerly part of the corporate finance team at HCL Technologies Ltd. Prior to that, he was a Senior Analyst with ICRA, Moody’s Indian associate, where he rated debt programmes of top corporates. He has also worked as an equity & debt analyst at The Economic Times. He holds degrees in Economics and Business Management.

At Four-S, Seema has worked on multiple projects in the education and consumer space involving primary and secondary market research to determine accurate market descriptions, market trends, forecasts and models. Prior to Four S, Seema was working as an Assistant Editor with The Economic Times heading the Delhi operations of the management and marketing sections of the paper i.e. Corporate Dossier and Brand Equity. She has spent 7 years with ET and 3 years in Business Today Magazine. She holds degrees in Economics and Business Management.

Rupam has 15 years of experience in investment banking, investor relations, corporate strategy and research. An MBA from IIM Bangalore she started her career with the Times Group with their corporate strategy team and the CEOs office. She has been with Four S for ~10 years where she has worked on mandates across diverse sectors including power sector, education, automotive, metals, consumer etc. She is also a Founder Trustee and volunteer at Nirantar Prayas, an NGO working in disability space.

Ankur is a highly accomplished banking professional with over 25 years of experience in Corporate Banking and Finance with focus on Real estate funding and Large Corporate Client relationships. Formerly with HDFC, Ankur worked closely with prominent developers and Large Corporates in the North India. He brings with him in-depth knowledge of Real Estate sector and Debt Capital Markets. He managed an AUM of $2.50 Billion at HDFC. His expertise spans business sourcing, credit appraisal to final recovery of dues. Ankur is Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from Delhi University.

Pooja has over 16+ of experience in capital markets, investor relations and business strategy. She has advised & worked closely with Promoters/ CXOs of multiple listed companies on stakeholder engagement and value creation She Co-founded and led the investor relations advisory business at Pareto Capital Advisors. Prior to that she has worked with Motilal Oswal Private Equity and ICICI Bank She holds a Master degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and Bachelor's degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce. She has Independent Director certification from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs

Rajat has 25+ years’ experience in Corporate Affairs and Business Advisory with leading Indian and Global corporates with extensive experience across industry verticals. He has worked as an Advisor with Ather Energy, a leading Indian Electric Two-Wheeler Manufacturing company and was instrumental in supporting Ather to positively align and shape emerging Govt Policies in the EV Sector. He was the Founder of Intelli Grid Solutions, a technical consulting organization in the Power Sector, focused on deployment of Smart Metering infrastructure in Utilities. Rajat was earlier part of the ING Representative Office in India for over eight years as the ‘Associate Vice President’. He supported the entire licensing and approvals process for setting-up ING Insurance business in India and was part of ING’s core team driving the Group’s Rural and Real Estate strategy initiatives. He holds degrees in Economics and Business Management.

Arun is an experienced international Banker advising Corporations on Financial Strategy, M&A and Capital Raising. He is an advisor to leading Financial Institutions and Private Equity firms including DBZ Partners (US), Macquarie Bank (Australia), TPG NewBridge (US), General Atlantic (US), ACTIS (UK), Chyrs Capital (Mauritius), etc. Arun was formerly with Bank of America, where he held important positions during his 25 years tenure including Country Manager and Managing Director in countries like India, Japan, Australia, Korea and Taiwan.

Non Executive Director to Four-S and CEO of India’s largest career website, Naukri.com, which has Kleiner Perkins as a strategic investor. Sanjeev has worked in advertising at Lintas India and in marketing at SmithKline Beecham. He was earlier the Editor of Avenues - the careers supplement of The Pioneer and has co-authored two books on job hunting and careers. He is also Member Editorial Advisory Board Encyclopedia Britannica India, students edition.
